The short version: we collect what we need to quote and build your project, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us what we have or tell us to delete it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message field. If you become a customer, we also keep project records — measurements, photos of the work, contracts, and invoices.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule inspections, prepare your quote, perform the work, honor the Crown Warranty, and keep you updated about your project by phone, text, or email. If you’ve asked for an estimate, we may follow up about that request. You can opt out of any channel at any time — reply STOP to end texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or just tell us.
Calls and texts
Submitting the estimate form gives Kingbird Roofing consent to call, text, or email you about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the people who help us serve you — for example, financing partners you ask us to work with, or the software we use to run scheduling and messaging — and only what they need.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently uses no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) to run and secure the site. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated first.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records tied to an active warranty or as required by law). Email hello@kingbirdroofing.com or call (800) 555-0134 and we’ll handle it — a person answers.
