Price Fiber Cement →Modern thick-gauge vinyl is not the flimsy stuff of the nineties — deep profiles, fade-resistant color through the panel, and zero painting for as long as you own the house.
Price Premium Vinyl →Gables, accents, columns, soffit and fascia — the details that make an exterior look finished instead of covered. We treat trim as the signature, not the afterthought.

Same materials, very different houses. We bring real samples and photograph your facade so you can see the profile before you commit.

Premium vinyl typically runs $5–$12 per square foot installed; fiber cement runs $8–$16. Whole homes usually land between $14,000 and $35,000 depending on size, stories, and trim detail. Ranges are published above — your exact number goes in writing after a free assessment.
Premium vinyl is lighter on the budget and never needs paint. Fiber cement costs more but takes paint, holds crisp shadow lines, shrugs off hail and heat, and carries the longest warranties. We bring real samples to your estimate and recommend based on your climate, budget, and the look you want — not our margin.
Most single-family homes take three to seven working days: tear-off and sheathing inspection first, then housewrap, flashing, siding, and trim. You get the schedule up front and a daily update from your project lead.
The panels help some; the layers underneath help more. Fresh taped housewrap air-seals the walls, and adding insulated sheathing during a re-side is the cheapest wall insulation you'll ever buy. We quote those options explicitly so you decide with real numbers.
We don't recommend it and rarely do it. Covering old siding traps whatever moisture story is already written underneath, telegraphs every wave through the new panels, and skips the housewrap and flashing that do the real protective work. Tear-off costs a little more and is worth every dollar.
Yes — that's one of its best features. Factory finishes typically last 15+ years, and when you're ready for a change, fiber cement takes paint beautifully. Vinyl, by contrast, is the color you bought forever.
We photograph it, show you, and price the repair before anything gets covered. Nothing gets buried under new siding on our watch — that's exactly the failure we exist to prevent.
